The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4252—A Bill to amend and reenact §5-16-7g of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §33-59-1 of said code, all relating to diabetes; reducing copayments; adding coverage for devices under specified insurance plans including the Public Employees Insurance Agency; permitting testing equipment to be purchased without a prescription under specified insurance plans.
